3 Keys Homes, LLC ("3 Keys Homes," "we," "us," or "our") is a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Alabama. We are a private residential real estate investment company operating in central Alabama.

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information in connection with threekeyshomes.com and any related pages or forms we operate (collectively, the "Site"), and in connection with any telephone or text message communications you have with us.

By using the Site or by providing information to us, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this Policy. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the Site or submit information to us.

4.1 How You Opt In

We send text messages only to individuals who have affirmatively opted in to receive them. You may opt in by checking the unchecked SMS consent box on a form on the Site and submitting your mobile telephone number, or by expressly requesting text communication from us in writing or during a telephone conversation.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase, sale, service, or transaction with 3 Keys Homes, LLC.

4.2 What Messages You Will Receive

• Message and data rates may apply. These are charged by your mobile carrier, not by us.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

• Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages.
• Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us using the details in Section 17.
• You may also withdraw consent at any time by contacting us directly.

Opting out of text messages does not opt you out of other communications you have separately requested, such as email.

4.5 Supported Carriers

Message delivery is supported on major United States wireless carriers. Carrier support is subject to change and is outside our control.

5. No Sale or Sharing of Data

More broadly, and without limitation: 3 Keys Homes, LLC does not sell, rent, lease, trade, or otherwise monetize your personal information. We do not share your personal information with data brokers, lead aggregators, list buyers, or advertising networks. We have never done so and we have no intention of doing so.

We do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising as those terms are defined under applicable state privacy laws.

6. Limited Disclosure

We disclose personal information only in the following narrow circumstances:

• Service providers. To vendors who perform services for us, such as website hosting, form processing, customer relationship management, email delivery, and text message transmission. These providers act on our instructions, may use the information only to perform services for us, and are contractually restricted from using it for their own purposes.
• Professional advisors. To our attorneys, accountants, title companies, and insurers, in each case as reasonably necessary and subject to professional duties of confidentiality.
• Legal requirements. When we reasonably believe disclosure is required by law, regulation, legal process, or a lawful government request.
• Protection of rights. When necessary to enforce our agreements, investigate potential violations, or protect the rights, property, or safety of 3 Keys Homes, LLC, our users, or the public.

When information is no longer needed, we delete it or render it de-identified.

• Provide less. You may decline to provide information, though this may limit our ability to respond to you.
• Text messages. Reply STOP at any time.
• Email. Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or contact us directly.
• Access, correction, deletion. You may request that we provide, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. Contact us using Section 17 and we will respond consistent with applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
• Cookies. Adjust your browser settings as described in Section 7.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any privacy right.

11. State Privacy Rights

Residents of certain states, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Iowa, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Texas, Utah, and Virginia, may have specific rights regarding their personal information, which may include the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to access it, the right to correct inaccuracies, the right to request deletion, the right to data portability, and the right to opt out of sale, targeted advertising, or profiling.

12. Fair Housing

3 Keys Homes, LLC is committed to the letter and spirit of the federal Fair Housing Act and all applicable federal, state, and local fair housing laws.

We do not make housing decisions, and we do not use personal information collected through the Site, on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, familial status, disability, or any other characteristic protected under applicable law. We do not use or permit the use of demographic targeting, proxies for protected characteristics, or exclusionary audience criteria in any advertising we conduct.

13. Children's Privacy

The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us.

14. Third-Party Links

The Site may link to websites operated by third parties. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, security, or privacy practices. This Policy applies only to information collected by 3 Keys Homes, LLC. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any site you visit.

15. Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" signal. There is currently no uniform industry standard for interpreting these signals. Because we do not track users across third-party websites for advertising purposes, our practices are consistent with the intent of such signals regardless of the setting you choose.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. If we make a material change to how we handle personal information, we will provide additional notice as required by applicable law. Your continued use of the Site after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.

We will not materially reduce the commitments in Section 5 without providing prior notice.
